Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included
  • Item must not be on our non-returnable items list
⚠️ Please Note: Sale items, personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting your return is simple and takes less than 2 minutes:

Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at returns@yourstore.com or use the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — Receive Label We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Step 3 — Pack & Ship Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Step 4 — Refund Processed Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming its receipt and the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are credited back to you within 7–9 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Store credit will be issued instantly upon approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately.

If your order arrives damaged, please share clear photos and a video within 24 hours of delivery at support@yourstore.com. After verification, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
